PEEK (polyetheretherketone) is a special high-temperature resistant thermoplastic polymer material first developed by ICI in the UK and has become a key material in many high-tech fields.

Its main properties are as follows:
1. Good fatigue resistance, with a service life of more than 8000 hours.
2. Light weight, small impact force, small wear of valve disc and valve body, and long service life.
3. Good running-in performance, resistant to the impact of solid particles and droplets, so good air tightness, with high exhaust volume and energy saving effect.
4. Good safety performance. In case the valve disc breaks and falls into the cylinder, it will not damage the cylinder, piston and other parts.
5. Good corrosion resistance, can operate normally in various working conditions except chlorine.
