Our company has developed three types of anti-fouling gas valves

FwⅠ type:
Forged steel valve body and metal valve disc are used, which have good anti-fouling performance and are economical and affordable.

FWⅡ type:
Forged steel valve body and PEEK high-strength plastic valve disc are used, which are anti-fouling, low-noise, high-performance and long service life.

FWⅢ type:
Stainless steel valve body and PEEK high-strength plastic valve disc are used, which are anti-fouling, anti-corrosion, low-noise and long service life.

Anti-fouling gas valve is a high-performance product successfully developed by our company in 1998. It is now widely used in coal chemical industry, nitrogen fertilizer, petroleum, steel, metallurgy, mining, oil field, electric power, pharmaceutical and other fields. It is an ideal product especially when the compressed gas contains water, oil stains and dust, which are easy to coke and carbonize.

Its main performance is as follows

●The surface of the valve body is specially treated to prevent impurities in the gas from forming coking and carbon layers in the valve flow channel, thus maintaining the smooth flow of gas and extending the service life and saving energy.
●The valve plate is made of high-performance plastic PEEK. Since the valve plate is light in weight and has low impact force, the valve plate and valve body are less worn, which greatly extends the service life of the valve.
●Good safety performance. Since the valve body is made entirely of forgings and the valve plate is made of plastic, the valve body will not break and fall into the cylinder, causing an accident. In the event that the valve plate breaks and falls into the cylinder, it will not cause cylinder pulling, damage to the piston, piston ring, etc.
●The valve spring is made of high-performance 17-7PH material.
